Payment is required before goods are sent.
We use Australia Post for shipping.
Delivery of goods can generally take between 1-2 weeks (this may take longer during peak seasons).
If the goods are damaged in transit, wrong item, and oversupply or incorrectly described, then we will be more then happy to offer a refund of full amount or an exchange. Please include your postage receipt with the package and we will refund the cost of return shipping.
